Shipping Information

We are committed to providing you with a reliable and cost-effective shipping solution, and want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your fees are transparent and fair. As you add more items to your order, you will notice that the shipping cost per product decreases significantly.

Please refer to the table below for an overview of our shipping fees. It's important to note that these fees may vary depending on the quantity and style of the items you purchase. You can check the Payment page for the most up-to-date shipping fees.

* NOTE: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
In most cases, orders will be delivered within the estimated arrival period. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to your order's tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping details and a link to track your parcel online. You can also log in to your Dressin account to track your order at any time.

When will my item ship?
After your order has been paid for, the warehouse needs 1–3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Where does Dressin ship to?
We currently ship orders to anywhere in the US, with the exception of P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Which carrier is delivering my order?
Depending on your location and your delivery method, your order may be delivered by USPS, DHL, or UPS. There is no way to select your carrier; we choose the most optimal option to get you your package as soon as possible.

Why are items from one order being shipped in separate packages?
We usually try to ship all your items together. However, we may choose to split up your order to ensure that you get certain items sooner if others are delayed. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Don't worry—even if we send multiple packages, we'll never charge you more than the initial shipping cost you saw during checkout.

I missed my delivery/can't find my package. What should I do?
First, follow the steps below to confirm that your package hasn't been delivered somewhere else or mistakenly marked as delivered. Then, email us so that we can assist you.

1. Be sure to double-check your order and delivery information, as some items may be delayed, out of stock, or shipped separately.
2. For missing orders, double-check the tracking info and ask your neighbors, roommates, and/or family members if they received anything. Sometimes the carrier can mark packages as delivered before they have actually reached their destination. Please wait 48 hours from when your package was marked as delivered to confirm whether this was the case.
3. If your package or item is still missing, contact us within 45 days of ordering to report it and to get help with reordering (all discounts used in the original order will still be applied).
