Returns And Refunds

Refund Guidelines
1) Orders with quality issues are eligible for a direct refund without the need for return. Before requesting a refund, please send us an email detailing the issues along with photos so we can verify the defect.
2) For returned packages, refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
3) Items that are not eligible for returns or that do not pass our quality check will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline
Refunds on returned items will be processed within 5 days after we receive the returned package from you.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–14 business days (up to 30 days maximum) to be credited to your original payment account.

Refunds will be processed based on your selected method: Payment Account or My Wallet.

Refund Amount
We offer free return shipping for your first return package on all orders. If you have already returned one or more items from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the provided return label and a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sales & Use Tax
In the case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate sales tax will also be refunded.
