DRESSIN Rewards Program

Welcome to DRESSIN! We value the support and trust of every single one of our customers, so we’ve designed a point system to show our appreciation. Here are some ways you can earn points and use the points you’ve earned.


Build Your Profile
Once you successfully register, you will immediately receive 10 points. Additionally, upon completing email verification, you will receive an additional 100 points, bringing the total to 110 points!


Please note that these points have a validity period of 3 months.


Fill Out Your Preferences
Once you fill out and submit the My Preferences page in your personal profile for the first time, you will earn 20 points. These points will be valid for 3 months.


Buy and Save
Each time you shop at DRESSIN, you’ll earn points! The amount of points you earn is based on the actual amount paid for each product (applicable only to product purchases, excluding shipping, taxes, and other charges). For every dollar spent, you’ll get 1 point. If you have DRESSIN PLUS, for every dollar spent, you’ll receive 2 points. Please note that purchases of gift cards or DRESSIN PLUS are not eligible to earn points. The points you earn through normal purchases will have no expiration date, allowing you to redeem them at your convenience. Once your order is confirmed as delivered, any points earned will be credited to your account.


How to Confirm Order Delivery
Step 1: Log in to your DRESSIN account.
Step 2: Click on My Orders.
Step 3: Select the order you received, then click Confirm Receipt.


Review Our Products

Sharing your shopping experience and reviewing our products can earn you points. After posting a review, you will get 5 points; if your review includes pictures, you will get 10 points; and if your review includes pictures and size information, you will get 12 points. Please note that your review should contain a minimum of 20 words.




How to Post a Review
Step 1: Log in to your DRESSIN account.
Step 2: Click on My Orders.
Step 3: Find the order that contains the product you want to review, then click View Details.
Step 4: Click Write a Review and upload any photos you want to include.
Step 5: Submit your review for verification.


Please note:
Your review will be displayed on the product page after being verified by our staff.
After submitting a review, you can share what you wrote on Facebook.
You can earn a maximum of 2000 points a day by posting product reviews.


Complete Surveys
We greatly value your opinions and suggestions. Therefore, each time you complete a survey, we will reward you with 50 points.


Please note that you can earn a maximum of 200 points a day by completing surveys.


Daily Check-In
Earn points simply by checking in! Through the DRESSIN app, you have the opportunity to accumulate points every day just by checking in. Remember, consistency is key—the more you check in, the more points you can earn. For more detailed information about Check-In Points, please refer to our Check-In Point Rules Page.


Compensation for Delivery Delays
If your order does not arrive by the guaranteed delivery date, we will provide you with 500 points as compensation. For more detailed information about our On-Time Delivery Guarantee, please refer to our On-Time Delivery Guarantee Terms and Conditions.


How Your Points Work
At DRESSIN, you can use points to save money while shopping. Every 100 points is equivalent to a $1 discount (discount applicable to the cost of items, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, DRESSIN PLUS, and any other fees). There's no limit to the amount you can deduct with your points. As a DRESSIN VIP member, you can enjoy even greater discounts as your points grow in value over time. Log in to your DRESSIN account and click on My Points on your account page to check your point balance.


About Point Redemption
1. You must have a valid user account to earn DRESSIN points through DRESSIN Rewards Program. Points can only be used to purchase products on the DRESSIN website or app. They have no inherent monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or DRESSIN Wallet credits. Points are invalid where prohibited.

2. Points are individually earned and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer or redistribute points may result in the cancellation of those points and/or the termination of any accounts involved. Points can only be redeemed through official DRESSIN channels (i.e., the DRESSIN website and app) and cannot be used anywhere else.

3.DRESSIN points have varying expiration dates, and those with the earliest expiration date will be used first. You will be notified of the expiration date when the points are awarded. Expiration dates typically range from within 7 days to 3 months of receiving the points, with some points having an even longer validity period. Please be aware that if your points expire before being redeemed, they will be automatically deducted from your account.


About Daily Point Limit
For each user, there is a daily limit on the number of points they can earn. Once a user reaches the maximum number of points that can be obtained in a day, they can still participate in activities, but they cannot earn additional points. The limits are as follows:
●Each user can earn up to 8000 DRESSIN points per day, regardless of how the points are earned.
●Each user can earn up to 2000 DRESSIN points per day from writing product reviews.
●Each user can earn up to 200 DRESSIN points per day from completing surveys.
●Each user can earn up to 100 DRESSIN points per day from checking in.


About Returns
If an order is canceled before payment is processed, any points used to pay for the order will be immediately refunded to your account.


If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, after the refund goes through, any points used to pay for the order will be refunded to your account.


If an order is partially returned after payment has been processed, once the return is confirmed, the corresponding proportion of points used to pay for the order will be refunded to your account.


If you cancel an order or return a product after the points used in the order have expired, the expired points will not be refunded to your account. You can view detailed information about your points in your account.


If you return a product after confirming receipt of the order, the points used in the order will be refunded to your account. Further points earned from the order will be deducted when you return the order or item; the points with the earliest expiration date will be deducted first. If your account’s point balance is insufficient, points will be deducted until the balance reaches zero.


If you place a first order, earn points, use those points for a second order, and then return the first order, we reserve the right to refund you the purchase price of the first order minus the value of the points you received, starting from the first order. The refund will be adjusted based on the actual remaining points in your account after deduction. If the remaining point balance reaches zero, any further points earned will be used to offset the balance until your point balance reaches a positive value.


Additional Notes
We’ve set a daily limit on how many points you can earn and have also implemented a time limit for certain types of points. The points you earn through normal means have no restrictions as consumer purchase points, but other types of points may only be valid for periods ranging from 7 days to 3 months. The specific validity period and rules for certain points may vary depending on the activity through which the points are earned.


The rewards for points are determined by DRESSIN and are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions set by the company, which may be amended from time to time.
