Return Policy

We hope you love your order! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.


To return or exchange items in your order, just follow these easy steps:


1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders to find the correct order.


2. Click Quick Return, select the item(s) you wish to return, specify the reason, and then click Next Step.


3. Choose the refund method.


4. Choose the return method.


Once you submit the request, we will issue a return label for your item(s). The first return label is free for every order within 15 days of delivery. 


Simply print the return label and attach it to your package. Then, drop off the package at your nearest UPS location.


To check the status of your refund, visit the Order Details page or check your email for notifications from Dressin.


Please ensure that your return package is postmarked within 7 days of the return request to avoid termination of the return. Note that the provided return label is only valid for shipments within the United States (excluding security-restricted areas like military bases).


Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise found to be in resalable condition that is received and processed, with a copy of your original invoice, at the address listed above within 15 days of delivery. If you are making a return after 15 days, your refund will be processed as a merchandise credit.


Products marked as final sale, custom products, and personalized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or alterations. This does not include merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or does not match its advertised description.


All promotions, discounts, offers, and free or discounted items given with a qualifying purchase will be prorated and deducted from the total refund amount. If you received complimentary merchandise as part of a qualifying purchase and it is not included in the return (causing the original transaction to fall below the qualifying purchase threshold), and if the return transaction is insufficient to cover the value of the complimentary merchandise, you will only be eligible to receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of the returned items.
