About My Wallet

1. What is My Wallet?
My Wallet is a virtual wallet linked to your DRESSIN account where you will be able to store and access your credits if you return items and choose a store credit instead of a refund to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

2. How do I use My Wallet?
You can view your wallet balance by signing in to your Dressin account and clicking My Wallet under My Assets or at checkout. Which purchases can be made using your wallet balance are subject to the Dressin Terms and Conditions.

3. Can I still pay with My Wallet if I’ve already applied bonus points and/or a coupon code?
Yes! You can use your wallet balance as well as coupons and/or bonus points, subject to the Dressin Terms and Conditions.

4. Can I withdraw the money from My Wallet?
Customers can withdraw money directly from their wallet as a convenient alternative to using the balance for Dressin purchases. However, withdrawals can only be made on the 15th and 30th of each month. In February, withdrawals are only available on the 15th and 28th.

5. Can I transfer my wallet balance to another Dressin account?
Unfortunately, transferring the wallet balance from one Dressin account to another is not possible.

6. I never used my wallet balance, so why is My Wallet empty?
If you checked out with your wallet balance but did not complete the transaction, the balance applied will stay with the unpaid order. To restore the balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button in My Orders, at which point the balance will be returned to your wallet.
