The fabric isn't very stretchy in most places, but there is elastic beneath the chest piece, so it has a flattering wear. I recommend sizing up, even though it is true to size, just to avoid tightness in the shoulder or arm areas. It is quite long, too, ending past my knees at 5'6. Very comfortable and pretty pattern.
