Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (email address: email@example.com), they will reply you within 24 hours( except weekends) and give you some useful advice.
New after-sale policy 2019
Returns accepted within 15 days since you receive it
Orders can be returned back to us within 15 days of receiving it. When we confirm the arrival of your returned package you, we'll refund you.
1. Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and footwear in its original box.
2. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
3. Because we charged the shipping fee on behave of the shipping company, the shipping charge will be non-refundable. We will only refund you the cost of goods.
How do I send a return?
1. Please consult the customer service first and offer the information such as order number, a reason for return, etc. Then you will get an address for your return.
2. Pay for your return shipping and send the package back to us.
3. Pop your return in the post and we'll let you know when we've received it!
4. After we confirm the arrival of your returned package, we will refund the money to your account directly.
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by the third party or customers will not be able to get a refund.
We also offer partial refunds on returned items which have some original parts missing. In this case, the customer will only get partial refund.
